Nuclear Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking a Nuclear Systems Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia, PA 19112 The Ideal candidate will have experience as an engineer with US Navy Aircraft Carrier propulsion systems. Salary for this position ranges between $80,000 - $95,000, with opportunities for growth, advancement, and performance-based increases. Employees may choose to work or take PTO on Federal Holidays (pending contract requirements). We also offer Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year for areas of study relevant to employee position responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities:
• Provide engineering support to the design, repair, installation, modification, operation, and maintenance of U.S. Navy equipment and systems.
• Provide engineering and technical support for nuclear propulsion and auxiliary systems.
• Communicate between ship's force, ship yards, Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), AITs, OEMs, and other supporting activities.
• Provide support for aircraft carrier propulsion plant systems and equipment Basic Qualifications:
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• 2+ years of experience with the design and development of U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier propulsion systems and components or propulsion auxiliary systems
• Experience with Aircraft Carrier alterations and upgrades, including the design, development, maintenance, and sustainment of Aircraft Carrier systems, equipment, or spaces.
• Knowledge of Navy Aircraft Carrier programs, organizations, functions, guidelines, and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills Preferred Qualifications:
