Pride Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Nuclear Medicine/PET Technologist to join our imaging team. This hybrid role focuses 70% on PET/CT imaging and 30% on Nuclear Medicine procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong IV skills, current licensure, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine procedures
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and initiate IVs
- Operate and maintain Siemens and Phillips imaging equipment
- Document procedures in Epic, eUnity (PACS), and MIMS systems
- Monitor patients during imaging and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with radiologists, Lead Tech, and support staff
- Participate in rotating on-call and weekend coverage
Common Imaging Performed:
PET/CT: Brain, Whole Body
Nuclear Medicine:
- Bone scans, GI blood loss, thyroid uptake, parathyroid, PSA scans
- Cardiac SPECT, CSF cisternograms, renal scans, sentinel node imaging
- HIDA, gastric emptying, lung perfusion, and more
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine experience
- Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) license - Required
- Certification by ARRT (N) or CNMT - Required
- BLS certification - Required
- Proven IV insertion experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Willing to take on-call and holiday coverage

- PACS: eUnity, MIMS

- Location: Yuma, AZ 85364
- Schedule: 8-Hour Days Monday-Friday On-call rotation required
- Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
- Pay Rate: $33.74 - $38.33 per hour
