NSOC Training Development Specialist. You will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training packages for NSOC operators, focusing on global security operations, network operations, and managed network features. The position may require occasional short-term travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.
Primary Responsibilities - Design and implement effective training programs aligned with the roles of NSOC operators and the tools they use.
- Lead NSOC staff in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through optimal cybersecurity and network operations performance.
Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
- 3+ years in organizational development, instructional design, training, or curriculum development.
- Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in designing professional training events.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design theory, learning principles, and training cycle mastery.
- Proficient in learning management software and MS Office; familiar with database software.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in psychology, social science, communications, education, or a related field.
- Experience in Department of Defense environments.
- Background in IT security, networking, or software fields.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and agile program management.
