The Litigation Associate NQ's role

The successful Litigation Associate NQ will be involved in a wide range of contentious and semi-contentious matters including financial services and regulatory disputes, high-value commercial litigation, trusts disputes, fraud and asset tracing claims, insolvency, and employment-related issues.

You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior associates on complex, multi-jurisdictional cases, often involving international institutions, financial organisations, and UHNW individuals. The role offers early responsibility, client contact, and the opportunity to develop technical and strategic litigation skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.



The Litigation Associate NQ

  • Recently qualified solicitor in England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction

  • Superior academic background and training with a top-tier firm is essential

  • A seat in litigation or dispute resolution during training is highly desirable

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with a strong interest in offshore work

  • Enthusiastic, personable, and proactive team player
