- Adult 70%, Geriatrics 30%- 16 patients/day with some walk-ins, mostly scheduled visits
- Outpatient setting for acute, chronic conditions or hospital follow-ups, and annual care.
- EMR: SCM
REQUIRED:
- ME state license; active, unrestricted and DEA
- Board Certified
- Certifications- BLS
Highly prefer fulltime provider
