Requirements:

Graduation from a state approved NP or PA program
Current RN and NP/PA license to practice in the state of New York
1 year of occupational medicine experience; or 2 years experience in the primary care practice setting preferred
Current BLS Certification

Health System:

A County-owned facility providing inpatient and outpatient diagnostic, acute, ambulatory, inpatient behavioral health and long term skilled nursing services.
