Occupational Health / Ortho Walk-in Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Full-Time Opportunity No Call Responsibilities

Join a dedicated and collaborative team providing high-quality care in a fast-paced Occupational Health and Ortho Walk-in setting. We are seeking a full-time PA-C or ANP to deliver care to a diverse patient population, ranging from entry-level workers to corporate executives.

Work Schedule
Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM (rotation)
No call and no call-back responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities & Skills
Confident clinical decision-making in a walk-in or urgent care setting
Management of common workplace injuries and conditions, including:
Sprains, strains, fractures (identification and appropriate referral)
Minor burns, lacerations, and concussions
Foreign body removal (e.g., eye)
Respiratory conditions, acute illnesses (e.g., strep throat, cold, flu, COVID)
Contusions and heat/cold-related injuries
Minor suturing as needed
Conduct physical exams, including DOT physicals (certification required or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge or willingness to learn OSHA regulations, hearing/vision protection programs
Experience managing chronic conditions as they relate to occupational health, such as:
Asthma, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, COPD, mental health, substance abuse
Familiarity with exposure protocols (biological and chemical) and safety compliance
Understanding of productivity expectations and appropriate clinical documentation
Ability to triage, make referrals, and delegate appropriately to clinical support staff
