Contract Length: Through August 23. Vacation Coverage, can possibly be longer if you are interested.

Shift Details: 9a-6p CST

Schedule: First day, August 10th will be orientation with our current NP. Working 9a-6p through Aug 23.

Work Details:

• Support Staff: Wednesdays are drug screen days. MA on site

• Patients per day: 15-20 patients per day

• Patient population/age: Employees (adult)

Practice Setting:

• Warehouse setting

Requirements:

• IL license. Must have a clean license with no malpractice reports

• BLS
• Must speak Spanish and English
