NP Nurse Practitioner/PA

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care within a health system.

•  Coordinate patient management with the Medical Director, conduct exams, gather histories, order labs, and treat chronic conditions.

•  Provide patient education, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in community events and organizational policies.

•  Work closely with RN and Medical Director to follow up, adjust treatments, and enhance patient outcomes.
