Join our NICU team in Pennsylvania for a rewarding summer locum assignment. We are seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to support Level II and III NICUs across three hospital sites. Providers must be licensed in Pennsylvania and ready to hit the ground running.
Practice Details:
- Setting: Inpatient only
- Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (mix of days, nights, or 24-hour shifts)
- Shift Times:
- 6:30 AM / PM start times
- 7:00 AM / PM start times
- Weekend Requirement: 48 hours of daytime coverage every 8-week block
- Call: None
- Patient Load:
- Up to 4 patients + delivery coverage
- 10-15 patients + delivery coverage during the day; overnight coverage with physician + APP on site
Requirements:
- Certifications: BLS, NRP, National Certification (NP or PA)
- Licensure: Must have active Pennsylvania license (no IMLC at this time)
- Experience: Must have Level III or IV NICU experience
- Minimum Shifts: Ideally 12 per month (will consider 6-8)
- Additional: Must meet PA child abuse clearance requirements (including fingerprinting)
