Requirements:

Current NP certification with a focus on Neonatology
Licensure in Pennsylvania required
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of NPs in a neonatal setting
Strong clinical expertise in Neonatology with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
