Duties: Primary care and chronic disease management. Some light occupational health
DOT physicals (must be certified)
Cambridge is 1 hour East of Indianapolis
Primary care services, biometrics, light occupational health. Hours, closed for hour lunch each day.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Urgent Care or Occ Med is a plus
BLS and/or ACLS required
IN Active State License
DOT Certification
