DESCRIPTION:
- Outpatient/Primary Care/Urgent Care
- 10-15 patients per day, Ages 2+
- Must be comfortable working independently in case MA is out
- Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required; mostly acute care
REQUIRED:
- WV state license; active, unrestricted
- DEA
- BLS
- Board Certified NP or PA
- COVID Vaccine (religions or health exemptions allowed)
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
- Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
- Dates: 3/21-22, 3/28-29, 4/4-5 Hours TBD but between 6a-8p
