Dates: 4/4-5 9a-3:30p, 4/8-10 6a-3:30p, 4/11-12 9a-3:30p
DESCRIPTION:
Onsite clinic for employees and their families
Setting- Outpatient clinics onsite
Ages 2 and up
2-3 patients per hour
REQUIREMENTS:
Active IN license
Certifications- BLS or ACLS
2 years of primary care experience requested
