Outpatient Primary Care Opportunity for NP or PA
Experience required
Enthusiastic patient-centered care champion to provide excellent quality care to our patients, ranging from pediatrics through geriatrics
Must be motivated, engaged and committed to providing high quality care and be operationally driven to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency
Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to interact with all types of individuals within a wide range of personality traits and socioeconomic statuses
Willingness to work and live in rural, small community setting; and actively engage with community
One outpatient clinic position available, experienced providers preferred
PA/NP works under the supervision of a physician.
Offer Package Outline
Starting Salary Range: $115,000 DOE, plus RVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold
PTO 30 PTO days/240 Hours (includes vacation, personal, sick and CME) plus 7 holidays/56 hours
