Seeking a full-time experienced and professional Family Nurse Practitioner to add to the team. The Outpatient Hospital Clinic is approximately 50 miles east of Flagstaff, Arizona. The team consists of one FNP, three Family Practice Physicians, two OB-GYNs, one General Surgeon certified in wound care and visiting specialists in Podiatry, Urology, and Cardiology. We are a compassionate and caring facility in a family oriented

Responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the clinic following established standards and practices.
Education:
- Bachelor s Degree (B.A.) from four year college or university
- Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program
Experience
- Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting
- Two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
Licenses:
- Current Arizona RN license
- Current Nurse Practitioner license
Certifications:
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
