Physician Assistant - Critical Care (Cardiovascular) Locum Tenens - Hershey, PA

Schedule : 3 shifts per week (13 hours each)

Location : Hershey, PA

Opportunity Highlights :
- Inpatient critical care in a cardiac ICU setting
- Manage complex cases including VA & VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and cardiac transplant patients
- 13-hour shifts (7am - 8pm or 7pm - 8am), including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Stroke certified facility
- Cerner EMR system
- Patient load: 8-12 per shift
- No call required
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Requirements:
- Board certified and experienced in critical care
- Licensed in PA only (IMLC not accepted)
- Advanced Practice Provider (PA)
- ACLS and BLS certification required

Skills Needed:
- Critical care cardiac ICU management
- Experience with ECMO, Impella, LVAD, cardiac transplant care
- Procedures: arterial lines, central lines, Swan-Ganz catheter, IABP removal
- Order entry, admissions, daily rounding, postoperative management
