Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
EMR System: Cerner
Patients Per Shift: 5
Call Type: Beeper
Call Ratio: 1:5
Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Requirements:

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA): Required
Active AZ Medical License: Required
ACLS & BLS (AHA or American Red Cross): Required
Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
Case logs of blocks performed: Required
Must be willing to be credentialed and work at multiple locations
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call
Provider cannot be within 60 miles of the facility
