Now Hiring: Digital Twin & AI Strategist

Location: Latin America/USA - based, remote/hybrid with travel required

Contract: Initial 6-12 months, with option to extend

About the Role We are seeking a visionary and technically grounded Digital Twin & AI Strategist to lead the design of a real-time, AI-powered system that will transform how a large organization thinks, senses, and leads itself .

•   Innovation for growth Your work will help establish a fully operational Digital Twin -a living, learning mirror of the enterprise-that integrates operational data, human dynamics, and cultural feedback into strategic decision-making across all levels.

Your Responsibilities
•  Design the architecture for a Digital Twin integrating operational, human, and cultural data streams
•  Develop or advise on the use of data lakes, vector databases, and LLMs to simulate strategic decisions
•  Collaborate closely with transformation leaders, cultural facilitators, HR, IT, and executive leadership
•  Build and test predictive models that help leadership see around corners and act wisely
•  Ensure the ethical and human-aligned application of AI across initiatives Your Toolkit (Preferred Experience)
•  Experience designing digital twins, AI agents, or strategic simulation tools
•  Expertise in data architecture (data lakes, stream pipelines, governance)
•  Familiarity with tools such as Weaviate, Pinecone, LangChain, or Palantir
•  Experience with GPT or other LLM-based applications for business use cases
•  Ability to lead structured pilots with cross-functional teams
•  Strong communication skills-able to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders
