Status: Per Diem
Compensation: $23 an hour

They represent patients, answering their questions, directing them when they arrive and ensuring they are prepared for their imaging test or procedure. In short, a Patient Service Representative is responsible for much of the patient's experience at IHS, and we want that experience to always be exceptional.
As a Patient Representative, you will: - Engage with patients (check them in, handle payments, make appointment confirmation calls, etc.)
- Interact with referring physician offices (Communicate critical results, clarifying ordering issues, etc.)
- Have an important role in improving patient care
- Work closely with clinical staff to provide an outstanding patient experience
To succeed in this role, we ask that you: - Be friendly, compassionate, and empathetic
- Enjoy interacting with others
- Have experience working on a computer
- Are organized and detail oriented
- Be a good teammate
Qualifications: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training in customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office and EHR
- Looking for night and weekend availability
