Examples of new ways of working include but are not limited to enhanced collaboration and co-creation across business, product, and technology through all stages of product development cycle; ensuring alignment with architecture frameworks and standards; evolving capacity management and execution oversight to enable the key tenets of the value co-creation model.
- To scale VCC throughout Amex, the VCC Enterprise Program Team (EPT) has created various internal processes to ensure our team operations run smoothly. The contractor in this role will be instrumental in helping us continue establishing operational efficiencies and enhance existing processes. Specifically, this role will:
- Maintain and enhance existing sources of data, managing manual data entry and executing updates across Excel, Airtable, internal tooling, etc.
- Audit & reconcile data inconsistencies to ensure data integrity is maintained
- Identify areas of opportunity for data automation and implement solutions to streamline existing workflows.
- Ensure existing data solutions account for specific use case requests
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project datapoints and next steps.
- Support with the development of automated dashboards, including requirements gathering, data validation, and automated reporting
Job Qualifications: - Outstanding data management skills, with an emphasis on Airtable, Excel, nVision, and Product Management tooling (JIRA & Rally.)
- Proficiency in all aspects of Excel, including macros, formatting, formulas, pivot tables, and advanced features.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate messages to both technical and business audiences across functions and levels.
- Experience in project management working on large scale, high-priority strategic initiatives.
