Pay Range: $52/hr. - 56.66/hr. on W2Job Description:Responsibilities: - Data Analysis & Management: Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data across PC&E strategies, market research, and internal systems.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies across various internal processes, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with investment, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: - 5 years in a data-focused role, preferably within private equity, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning and control, stakeholder management, status tracking and reporting, issue, risk, and budget management
- Proven track record of working with large datasets and delivering actionable insights through reporting.
Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with PowerBI or Tableau
- Preferred experience with eFront, Salesforce, and portfolio management software.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of private equity lifecycle (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, exit strategies) is preferred.
- Communication: Polished written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively interact and influence a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders.
