Pay rate: $31.65 - $49.88 per hour (based on experience) Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Non-Invasive Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join a highly respected vascular care team. In this role, you will perform complex noninvasive vascular testing to assess a variety of vascular conditions, ensuring precision and excellence in diagnostic imaging. You'll operate state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and communicate results to healthcare providers in line with organizational and industry standards.

The ideal candidate is ethical, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and professional development. You will also serve as a clinical and technical resource for staff and students, helping others grow while advancing your own expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform a variety of advanced noninvasive vascular procedures, including:
Image-enhanced ultrasound of vascular structures
Transcranial Doppler imaging (routine and bubble study)
Emboli detection
Renal vascular imaging for reno-vascular disease
Portal-hepatic circulation assessments
Venous and arterial evaluations before, during, and after vascular surgeries and interventional procedures
Maintain and operate diagnostic imaging equipment
Deliver accurate and timely results to medical teams
Adhere to medical ethics and best practices in patient care
Provide mentorship and clinical instruction to peers and students
REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Graduate from an accredited allied health program (preferably with a specialization in cardiovascular ultrasonography).

Licenses & Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS)
One or more of the following:
ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS)
ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Abdomen (RDMS AB)
CCI Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RPHS)
CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer
Experience:

Minimum of 1 year preferred
Candidate must meet one of the following:
a) Minimum 2 years performing or assisting with advanced vascular ultrasound procedures
b) Registry credentialed in abdominal (RDMS AB) or phlebology (RPHS) by ARDMS or CCI
