NOC T2 Network-Tech Lead : Your primary responsibility is to provide Change Management and escalated Incident Management functions to GNOSC (Government Network Operations and Security Center) customers in a 24x7 environment. You will be part of a team that will support a Tier 1-2 organization through incident handling, training, creation of documentation and working technical project. This position is the most senior level of the Operations Support Staff. Requirements In depth networking troubleshooting knowledge
Test and repair software/hardware/routing issues in the customer WAN/LAN environment
Excellent working and troubleshooting knowledge of Routing Protocols and Multiple CPE vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc. Minimum Qualifications: In depth network troubleshooting experience on a Layer 2-3 network. 5 years+ of Tier 3 experience in a Network Operations Center as network engineer. Extensive Experience with network management tools and solving complex networking problems. Must have an active Top-Secret Clearance. SEC+, CCNA &/ or CCNP REQUIRED
