Job Summary:
This position will be the entry-mid level technical resource for the daily operations and maintenance of a CSfC MACP solution for one of our federal clients in Quantico, VA. This role will be a Tier 1/2 NOC role that requires an operational background supporting end-users specialized computing devices, infrastructure monitoring, and device provisioning. This will be supporting Android and Windows based end-user devices for the purpose of remote access. This position will require troubleshooting and analytical skills, as well as a strong customer support focus. This role will be customer facing and will be 100% on-site within the Client's secure location. This role will be in support of active operations and will require direct support during all of the customers' core business hours. We do support our customer on a24x7x365 basis, so there may be needs for occasional for off-hours support for changes, modifications, and escalations. • Perform Tier 1/2 Network Operation Center customer-response functions:
o Tier-1: troubleshoot simple issues without any assistance and escalate more complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
o Tier-2: resolve more complex technical support issues, such as diagnosing and repairing hardware-related problems or in-depth troubleshooting network configurations and escalate any unresolved challenging issues to the next tier (Tier 3).
• Perform provisioning of new Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) End-User Devices (EUDs) (Laptops, Tablets & other Mobile devices)
• Show knowledge and ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve end-user remote access connectivity.
• Perform testing and documentation to report systems status and support operations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, services, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
• Monitor systems performance and advise leadership on determining resource adjustments, security remediation, or other system modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of Software, QA, Network Engineering, & Operations staff.
• Support the integration of new technology insertions and capabilities as needed.
• Create documentation and follow established Standard Operating Procedures. Required Qualifications/Skills:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related discipline, or equivalent related technical experience is required.
• 3 - 5 Years of experience in Information Technology & End-User Support required.
• An active Federal TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility, and ability to take and pass CI Polygraph is required.
• Current Active Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 Qualifying Cyber Security Certification (Sec+, CySA+, CISSP, etc.) or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment is required.
• Direct hands-on experience troubleshooting end-user devices is required.
• Direct hands-on experience supporting infrastructure monitoring and reporting is required.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills are required Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• Current Active Professional IT Certifications (Microsoft, Linux/RHEL, VMware, Veeam, AWS) are a plus.
• Previous experience or knowledge of the National Security Agency's (NSA's) CSfC program, requirements, constraints, and architectures is a plus.
• Working knowledge of virtual machines on VMware vSphere, versions 7 & 8 is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Samsung EMM/KLM, ACAS (Nessus), Veeam, Trellix ePO, & Splunk, is a plus.
• Understanding or previous hands-on experience supporting PKI and certificate-based authentication
