Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team for a full-time overnight position in a pediatric long-term care homecare setting. You will work directly with one patient, providing 1-on-1 attentive care.

Schedule:
Overnight shifts: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday nights

Responsibilities:
Provide 1-on-1 patient care during overnight hours
Monitor and manage ventilator and tracheostomy care
Administer feedings via g-button
Manage respiratory needs and support
Administer TPN as needed
Complete thorough documentation after each shift
Communicate effectively with the family and care team

Requirements:
Active RN license in Arizona
Minimum of 1-2 years of pediatric nursing experience (preferred)
Must have experience with:
Tracheostomy and ventilator care
G-button care and feedings
Respiratory/breathing treatments and interventions
TPN administration
CPR Certification (PALS preferred)
Strong communication, reliability, and critical thinking skills
