Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience every time
- Be a role model by demonstrating enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve others
- Train, coach, and mentor team members, helping them grow and thrive in their roles
- Set the tone and culture for each shift; act as a point of leadership and encouragement
- Be a hands-on leader: taking orders, delivering meals, assisting guests, and supporting the team during high-volume periods
- Oversee cleanliness, guest interactions, dining room presentation, and service speed
- Open or close the restaurant, act as a key holder, and support leadership in daily operations
- Count drawers, finalize day-end procedures, and maintain accurate cash handling

- A passion for people and a heart for serving others
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to coach and manage team dynamics
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
