This great position is on 2nd shift, Full-Time Monday and Friday
Pay starts at $20.65
Position Overview & Responsibilities:
Custodian at PK Property Services provides customers with a clean, sanitary, and safe facility that they can be proud of. Responsibilities in accordance with standard janitorial services including but not limited to:
- General cleaning specified areas to each specific facility's needs
- Window washing, sanitizing, dusting
- Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms
- Completion of daily reports for work completed
- Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks

Qualifications:
- Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
- Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify and Fingerprint
- Ability to operate minor equipment
- Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
- Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Compensation:
PK Property Services offers extremely competitive compensation for the industry.

Time: 5:00pm - 1:30am
