We are looking for an experienced and passionate Night Auditor for Lyle Washington DC. Our preferred Night Auditor would have luxury or independent hospitality experience in the Washington DC market.

You are someone that thrives in a non-stop environment, has an open mind, a great sense of humor, and loves finding solutions, working with a team and proactively creating positive outcomes.

The ability to be adaptable, calm under pressure, resourceful and efficient is in your DNA.

Core Essential Functions

• Welcome guests in a warm, personable, sincere, and friendly manner.

• Assist guests with overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift.

• Collaborate and communicate with all departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.

• Check-in late arrivals and check-out early departures.

• Perform wake-up calls and/or wake-up call set-up.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures

• Perform all other duties requested by Front Office Manager

This position requires the following knowledge, skills and abilities

• Hotel Experience is not required - Fun and welcoming personality is a MUST

• A minimum of one year of hospitality experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work overnight shift

• Possess the ability to work well in team environment

• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written is a MUST

• Possess poise, elegance and calm demeanor in all situation

• Exceptional Organizational skills
