Your Role Matters As a
Night Auditor you'll play an important role in delivering on Atrium's promise of exceptional hospitality, as well as the success of the hotel while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibility to provide general service functioning as the sole Front Office Associate during the overnight shift will include:
- Guest Service and Communication Excellence - Deliver courteous, professional, and responsive service to all guests, regardless of the hour. Communicates effectively to ensure concerns are addressed and service expectations are exceeded, contributing to a safe and welcoming overnight environment
- Problem Solving and Independent Decision-Making - Exhibit resourcefulness and composure when responding to guest needs or resolving issues during overnight hours. Exercises good judgment in the absence of direct supervision and contributes to operational continuity by addressing challenges proactively
- Analytical Accuracy and Financial Integrity - Apply strong attention to detail in balancing daily revenue, processing transactions, and completing financial reporting. Maintains accurate accounting records and demonstrates sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Operational Accountability and Confidentiality - Follow established policies and procedures to maintain property standards, safety, and security. Protects guest privacy and company assets by safeguarding information, performing nightly audits accurately, and submitting timely reports to leadership

Experience & Qualifications: Required: - Experience: Six (6) months of front office experience in hotel environment; prior experience performing basic accounting duties
- Physical: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs; able to walk and stand for duration of shift; bending and squatting repeatedly as needed
- Other: Read, write, and communicate effectively in English; flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
