Your Responsibilities Include: - Completing daily accounting paperwork accurately and on time.
- Supervising and training hourly employees while ensuring operational standards are maintained.
- Monitoring cash handling and inventory, assisting in resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintaining essential business records and cashier accountability.
- Performing banking, invoicing, and payroll duties according to company policies.
- Overseeing cash management procedures and conducting banking transactions.
- Upholding our store's image and cleanliness to Grand Opening Ready Standards.
- Ensuring the security and safety of the store by complying with guidelines.
- Coordinating necessary gasoline deliveries and managing fuel levels.
- Driving company promotional initiatives and maintaining high guest service standards.
- Completing various duties as specified in policies and as directed by management.

Qualifications: - Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

- Comfortable working in various temperature conditions.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs. and accessing different areas of the store.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
