Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Position Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required BSN or ADN Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience within the last 5 years Active BLS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and NRP certifications What You'll Do: Deliver expert care to critically ill newborns, using advanced respiratory support devices (e.g., ventilators, CPAP, iNO). Assess, monitor, and administer medications, IV fluids, and neonatal interventions. Collaborate with healthcare teams and families to develop and update individualized care plans. Provide education and emotional support to parents, including breastfeeding guidance. Respond swiftly to emergencies, recognize distress signs, and initiate neonatal resuscitation as needed.
