Job Description:

VocoVision is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to provide virtual services for K-12 students in New York. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on students mental health and academic success.

As a School Psychologist with Vocovision, you will work closely with students, parents, and school staff to assess, intervene, and support the mental and emotional well-being of students. You will use your expertise to help develop individualized education plans (IEPs), conduct assessments, and collaborate with other professionals to foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students.
Provide individual and group counseling to students with emotional, behavioral, or academic concerns.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies to support students mental health and educational needs.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans.
Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, counseling sessions, and student progress.
Stay current with best practices in school psychology and mental health.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Active licensure as a School Psychologist in NY.
Previous experience working in a school setting (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Proficiency with virtual platforms and technology.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
