Responsibilities: - Bring your 'A game' to work every day.
- Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on a test drive
- Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Qualifications: - Prior automotive experience isn't necessary as we train for success.
- This is a perfect position for prior retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or military experience. Sales in any industry is preferred.
- Must be willing to learn, take direction and be a team player
- An outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
- Good listening, customer service, and communication skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
- Resilient, creative, and organized
- Bilingual is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
