Southgate Ford is now accepting applications for New Vehicle Sales Personnel.
The ideal candidate will possess the following: - Previous dealership sales experience preferred (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus.);
- Detail oriented and punctual;
- Self-motivated and team oriented;
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Job responsibilities will include: - Greeting customer's upon arriving at the dealership;
- Answering customer questions regarding lease & purchasing options;
- Working with customers to find them the vehicle they are looking for;
- Analyzing available rebates for customer/deal compatibility;
- Delivering vehicle payments & options to customers;
- Negotiate car prices, payments and trade-in values;
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Ensure that the dealership & Manufacturer policies & procedures are followed;
- Overcoming objections;
- Following up with customers & following through on commitments.
Compensation: Compensation is commission based.
