Job Description
Requirements:

• 9 years of experience in writing and executing test cases and creating test plans.

• Strong knowledge of SAAS product testing, software usability concepts, and software development lifecycle.

• Experience in managing the testing process, including the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test data for manual and automated scripts.

• Ability to generate manual and automated test scripts to support business requirements.

• Experience in writing/testing scripts in electronic medical records practice management, clinical, interface, and billing workflows within an EHR application.

• Strong QA automation testing and scripting experience using UFT (Unified Functional Testing).

• Strong knowledge of complex SQL query writing and database validation.

• Proficient in defect tracking and management using tools such as ALM and Jira.

• Experience working on different types of testing: unit, integration, regression, smoke, user acceptance, system, stress, and load/performance.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight time constraints.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively organize and present complex technical information both orally and in writing.

• Experience in overseeing the tracking and reporting of testing data and defect management.

• Experience in using automated testing tools such as Katalon, Selenium, ALM, UFT, etc.

• Experience in developing detailed test cases covering various scenarios and user roles within the EHR system.

• Experience in creating metrics to measure application quality and defect tracking.

• Experience in mentoring and training QA team members on EHR testing methodologies, best practices, data migration testing, and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in conducting API testing and automation.

• Knowledge and experience working on HL7 FHIR.

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming.

• Knowledge of load/performance testing.

• Experience working in a state agency.

Summary:
The Software Test Manager will lead the testing team, playing a central role in ensuring the success of our projects. This position involves quality and test advocacy, resource planning and management, and resolving issues that impede the testing effort. The Test Manager will take full responsibility for the project s success, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

• Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.

• Familiar with industry-standard business process mapping and reengineering.

• Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.

• Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
