Job Description
Required Skills and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills.

• Strong communication skills, verbal & written, organizational skills, technical skills, customer service skills.

Preferred Skills and Education:

• Multitasking communication, Problem solving, Time management, 1-2 years working in a health care setting.

Overview:

• The receptionist role is a vital administrative professional in healthcare facilities, acting as the first point of contact for patients.

• Medical receptionist ensures smooth, efficient operations and a positive patient experience.

• Candidate will be working with a total of 13 team members 1 receptionist, 2 referral coordinators, 2 triage nurses, 3 MAs, 1 Lab MA, 1 Case Manager, 1 Center Admin, 2 Doctors.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls, confirming appointments for the next business day, verifying insurance eligibility, and scheduling appointments.
  • Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
