Job Description
Only qualified IT Security Architect located in the Lansing, MI area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree

REQUIRED SKILLS & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE:

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Security Architect or related position is required

• 3 to 4 years of experience doing Risk Assessments

• 3 to 4 years of experience working to ensure compliance with security standards

• 3 to 4 years of experience reviewing settings and configurations on systems and network

• devices for compliance with best practices

• 3 to 4 years of experience coordinating and conduction vulnerability scans

• Knowledge of NIST

• Knowledge of Intelligent Transportation Systems

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This resource will provide cybersecurity architecture, design, and consulting services to the client through the Agency Services. Assist system engineers and operators implement and manage best practices to secure the evolving intelligent backbone of the client. Evaluate current and future cyber-physical systems and make recommendations for improving the security posture to protect the infrastructure from cyber security threats of all kinds. Assist in the selection, development, and implementation of systems and monitoring tools that focus on cybersecurity. Serve as a clearinghouse for issues as they arise.
