Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
Required Skills/Experience:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment, taking inbound calls from members.
• Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• To be knowledgeable in understanding/performing/troubleshooting a broad variety of member service requests, such as transactions, basic account maintenance, and card-related activities. Process loan applications.
• Assisting members with Digital Banking Services. Have full knowledge of
• products and services and the ability to offer products/services to members appropriately, which contributes to the retention and building of financial relationships with our members.
• Utilized strong customer service skills through both verbal and written communication.
Job Overview:
A Senior Member Service Representative (Sr. MSR) in a Contact Center/Digital Banking environment is a key frontline role that supports members through digital and phone channels. They assist with account services, digital banking issues, financial transactions, and more complex member inquiries, all while delivering exceptional service and promoting financial solutions.
