Minimum Requirements:
• 7 years in the field or in a related area as a senior Business Analyst (Technical).
• 2 years of experience with Agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 year of understanding use cases.
• 1 year of process documentation.
• 2 years of knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to program areas and information technology, and of the principles and practices of public administration and management.
Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Applications/Software Development Business Analyst 2 to provide support for current Java application development and coding. This role involves facilitating the gathering of Agile artifacts, supporting development teams, and ensuring quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support current Licensing Services projects and priorities.
• Facilitate the gathering of Themes, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria (Agile Artifacts).
• Decompose existing requirements documents.
• Educate and support the creation of Agile artifacts.
• Facilitate development teams in executing acceptance criteria.
• Lead discussions on story points to develop a predictive level of effort model.
