Only qualified Asset Protection Analyst / Administrative Support candidates located near Columbus, OH to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.
Skills Required:
• Proficient in Excel; including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience using PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, DocuSign programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Role:
• Conduct background checks for distribution center operations candidates in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Core responsibilities include accessing local public record sites to access background check information and using 3rd party background software system.
• Responsible for reviewing company adjudication guidelines, updating documents as needed and connecting with various business partners.
• Support the 6-county background check process
• Background adjudication process once background report returns and provide results to background vendor and Talent Acquisition partner
• Update case management system and close cases once employment decision is made by business partners
• Oversee Motor Vehicle Report background checks with the Talent and Acquisition internal team
• Work in partnership with the Asset Protection Specialist on the team
• Security Alarm Permits and False Alarm Resolution program support.
Responsibilities include:
• Investigation of store and delivery driver false alarm activity working with cross functional partners
• Troubleshoot repetitive store false alarms, place work orders as needed with the vendor and provide follow up with Asset Protection Resource team
• Manage Alarm Permit Program resources in partnership with the Asset Protection Specialist which is a rolling responsibility for new stores and permit renewals
• Fill out Alarm Permit applications, renewals, and submit documentation for processing
• Index permit information so reapplication dates can be identified and met on time
• Update which locations are required to have a permit on file
• Provide alarm fines received to Asset Protection Specialist to invoice
• Fill out New Vendor Forms/ upload to DocuSign to be reviewed/signed by Asset Protection Specialist and Senior Asset Protection Mgr
• Work with cross functional internal partners and 3rd party jurisdictions
• Additional duties and project work in the Asset Protection Operations department as assigned by the Senior Manager Asset Protection Operations
