Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable New Home Sales Representative to lead the sales of our newly built homes. You will guide prospective buyers through every step of the homebuying journey, while also assisting with key compliance and sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers
• Conduct property tours and explain features, floorplans, and design choices
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry through closing
• Handle buyer documentation including purchase agreements and disclosures
• Coordinate and assist with HOA and CC&R paperwork and ensure accurate DRE (Department of Real Estate) filings and compliance
• Work with internal construction and marketing teams to deliver seamless client experience
• Attend open houses, events, and community outreach efforts
Qualifications
• Sales experience in real estate, new home construction, or design-build strongly preferred
• Experience working with CC&Rs, HOA packages, and DRE documentation a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Real estate license preferred (not required)
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to client schedules
