Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements for modular homes or structures.

Sales Process:

  • Present modular home designs, options, and pricing to customers.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to contract signing.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of modular construction, design options, and materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on modular homes and solutions.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts and other necessary paperwork.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

CRM Management:

  • Utilize and maintain CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer data.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Customer service orientation .
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers .
  • Knowledge of modular construction and design .
  • Proficiency in CRM software .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or construction may be beneficial .
