Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements for modular homes or structures.
Sales Process:
- Present modular home designs, options, and pricing to customers.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to contract signing.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of modular construction, design options, and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Communication and Presentation:
- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on modular homes and solutions.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and other necessary paperwork.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
CRM Management:
- Utilize and maintain CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer data.
