New Home Sales Consultant

Compensation: $150,000 - $400,000+ (Performance-Based)

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant who can hit the ground running, drive strong sales performance, and contribute to our reputation for excellence.


Who We're Looking For

This is not a training role. We're seeking a seasoned new home sales professional with a proven track record of success in high-volume, high-touch environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes ownership of the sales process, and builds strong relationships with both buyers and realtors.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the full-cycle sales process from prospecting to contract closing
  • Engage and convert walk-in traffic, online inquiries, and realtor referrals into buyers
  • Build strong relationships with local real estate professionals through regular outreach, events, and ongoing communication
  • Stay knowledgeable on all floorplans, design options, lot availability, and financing programs
  • Ensure model homes and sales centers are pristine and ready to impress at all times
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain high satisfaction through regular follow-up and transparency
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools, reports, and company forms
  • Represent ICONIQ Homes at sales meetings, community events, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful new home sales experience is required
  • Strong understanding of the construction or residential real estate sales cycle
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, and digital sales tools
  • Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline and close deals with consistency
  • Excellent communicator-both written and verbal-with a proactive and professional approach
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally as needed
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
  • Must be available to work weekends
