LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced New Files & Conflicts Coordinator to join their team.
This position is fully onsite to start with a hybrid schedule after an initial period.
Responsibilities:
• Handling client intake
• Setting up new matters and clients
• Maintaining files
• Updating system information
• Assisting with conflicts checks
Requirements:
• 2+ years of data entry experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Very organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $65,000-$75,000 depending on years of experience.
Benefit offerings include PTO, comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision), 401K, and other benefits.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
