Responsibilities - Sales Manager:
- Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor/manage the sales team's progress and performance
- Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
- Help manage all aspects of the Sales Department
- Manage all the dealership's inventory, including ordering vehicles, directing allocations, organizing dealer trades and maintaining stock inventory.
- Create an annual forecast and budget for the new car department
- Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:
- Automotive Sales Management experience required
- Lexus or Toyota Management experience a plus
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
- Professional appearance and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
