• Patient Age Group: Adults 40%, Geriatrics 60%
• Need Movement Disorders Specialist to establish care for patients in community with Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, etc.
• 12-14 patients per shift

• Requirements

• Board Certified Neurology with Fellowship in Movement Disorders required
• Active NC License and DEA
• BLS
• Years of Experience Required: 2 + years experience preferred with experience with Deep Brain Stimulation, intrathecal baclofen therapy, EMG guided Botox

• Support Staff

• NP, RN, MA

• EMR

• Epic
