  • Coverage Needed:
    • ASAP - ongoing
    • 6 days per month
    • Friday-Sunday 24 hour shifts
    • Two weekends per month
      • Friday-Monday 72 hours 7a-7a
    • Nov :00 am Nov :00 am
  • Clinical Information:
    • Practice setting: Hospital
    • Daily Patient Volume: 5
    • Stroke Interventions
    • Support Staff: Nursing Staff. APP not needed.
    • EMR: eClinical Works (eCW)
    • 24 Hour Call coverage from Hotel
  • Required:
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
    • Active VA License
    • Board Certified
    • DEA/CSR
    • Must have 200 case logs in the last 24 months
    • BCLS, ACLS
