Neurology Physician

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: ASAP for 6+ months
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM, 1-2 weeks per month
• First Day: Unit orientation prior to patient care; light patient load with EPIC support on site

Clinical Details:

• Setting: Clinic
• Duties: New patients, follow-up visits, therapeutic treatments (e.g., Botox, ONB)
• Patient Volume: 13-15 per day
• Required Procedures: Minimal, including Botox and ONB
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Established LPN or MA in clinic

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Washington State License or Compact License
• BLS and DEA certifications
• Clean malpractice history preferred
