Job Title: Locum - Physician - Traumatic Brain Injury/General Medicine

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in beautiful Montana. We are seeking highly skilled physicians to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury evaluations. This opportunity allows for flexible scheduling on a PRN basis, providing care for our nation's Veterans. You will be working in a supportive environment at our facilities located in Billings, Great Falls, and Missoula, MT.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-time non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments.
  • Primarily perform interview-based evaluations with some physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
  • Document findings using standardized forms within 48 hours of examination completion.
  • Participate in follow-up administrative work, including addendums and reading diagnostics.
  • Utilize Goniometer for evaluations and ensure familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions.
  • Complete required DMA certification and ongoing training as necessary.
  • Coordinate with schedulers to assign cases and assist with cases in other locations when required.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R, or related specialty.
  • Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
  • Ability to use personal laptops (no Macs) for documentation purposes.
  • Strong understanding of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury evaluations.
  • Current home address must be listed on your CV for presentation.
  • Must be willing to complete DMA training to achieve certification if not already certified.
License and Certification Requirements:
  • Active and unrestricted full medical license in Montana.
  • Must possess a valid board certification.
  • Willingness to complete and maintain DMA training certifications as needed.
